Duties & Responsibilities：
职责义务：
Be responsible for the proper operation, repair and maintenance for heating, air-conditioning and ventilation equipment, refrigerating equipment, chiller and heating plant.
负责空调、通风、制冷和制热设备及系统的操作、维修及保养工作。
To attend emergency calls, e.g. fire alarm, lift breakdowns and pipe bursting.
如有紧急事故，需立刻前往。例如火警，升降机故障和水管破裂等。
To prepare shift duty roster for duty technicians of concerned sections.
为所属需要轮更的技术人员，预备/制定轮更职务时间表。
To give technical advice to subordinates and make sure their performance is under proper standard.
给予其下属技术建议和确保他们的技艺达至要求的水平。
To advise and supervise subordinates working at safety conditions and complied with the safety regulations.
建议及监督其下属于安全及相关的工作中，遵照当地的安全守则而进行。
To operate and maintain the smooth operation of all HVAC and refrigerating equipment, chiller and heating plant.
执行空调、通风、制冷和制热设备及系统的操作及保养工作，以确保空调、通风、制冷和制热设备及系统运行畅通。
Qualification：
任职资格：
10 years’ experience in relevant industry.
At least 2 years’ relevant supervisory experience in hotel industry.
不少于10年在相关行业的工作经验，在酒店业内不少于2年任职主管级别的经验。
