Duties & Responsibilities：
Maintain all plants, furniture and fixtures in top conditions for all responsible areas to provide a fresh, safe and tidy environment to hotel guests.
Train subordinates to use machine and the application of chemical according to instruction and guidelines.
Conduct daily cleanliness inspections of function rooms, outlets, public areas, W.C. and offices.
Report all maintenance to the Engineering Dept. and check maintenance work to be done or not.
Is prepared to implement assigned tasks during emergencies such as fires, power cuts and bomb threats.
Ensure that PA staffs are familiar with in-house facilities for the purpose of assisting guests.
Participate in attendant’s tasks to ensure professional and efficient service are provided. Check and supervise the cleaning of attendant according to schedule and instruction given.
To offer courtesy service and handle all guests’ query and request with hotel standard. Complete other duties as assigned.
At least 1 years working experience on the same position in Public Area.
