22 August 2022 (Chongqing, China) – Recently, an artistic sharing session was held in Venezia, with Niccolo Chongqing bringing together the perspectives of business women across different fields. This activity was supported by Chongqing Women Culture Promotion Society, Chongqing Female Talents Association and Fangyuan Branch of Her Village Club. The Niccolo Lectures, co-organised with CQ Girls, featured three female industry pioneers from the fields of design, literature and art - Ms. Liang Mingyu, Ms. Wu Jingya and Ms. Zhang Qi - who delivered wonderful keynote speeches. After the launch of the "Chongqing 100 New Business Women" project, with the guide of Ms. Hu Xinyu, the founder of ZXLL Camp Education, three additional business women - Ms. Ma Yu, general manager of Chongqing Mayda Co., Ltd.; Ms. Qi Tao, Founder of YES’M AUTUMN; and Ms. Chen Tingting, Founder of Yueyan Brand – held a round-table discussion on the theme of "She & Innovation in Business".
The first guest speaker was Ms. Liang Mingyu. She is a well-known designer, acting president of the Chongqing Women's Cultural Promotion Association and chairperson of the Chongqing Fashion Designers Association. She presented the topic of "Fashion and Ecology" to share rational use cases for waste scraps and spare clothes in the making of artwork or ready-made garments. The presentation included designs inspired by natural elements, using art to raise awareness and public respect for nature and the importance of wildlife protection while pursuing beauty.
Ms. Wu Jingya, a well-known writer, who holds the position of Vice President in both the Chongqing Women's Cultural Promotion Association and presents a member of the presidium of the Chongqing Writers Association and the director of the Prose Creation Committee, delivered her keynote speech entitled "The Beauty of Literature". Her speech led the audience to appreciate the power of words from the perspective of literature. She advocated reading to enrichen one’s life within its ephemeral limits. Through reading, one can broaden knowledge and deepen self-understanding, thereby getting more out of life.
Ms. Zhang Qi, member of the Chongqing Women's Cultural Promotion Association, founder of the Jinse Gallery and Director of Chongqing Oil Painting Society, spoke to her audience about the history of Jinse Gallery. She also shared the appreciation for beauty and business vision required for art collection, analysed the interrelationships between collection and investment, and provided a greater in-depth understanding of art appreciation and collecting.
The "Chongqing 100 New Business Women" project led by CQ Girl will search for 100 pioneering business women in the city, and provide inspiration and opportunities to women’s groups through their entrepreneurial experiences and life stories. In a round-table forum, three new business women presented new ways of thinking about business from a female perspective, conducted free and in-depth discussions on the path of female entrepreneurship, and contributed feminine power to the innovation of Chongqing's new economic ecosystem.
