Dinner Celebrations
Popinjays, the hotel’s iconic rooftop restaurant and bar, is the perfect destination for sophisticated celebrants to enjoy sweeping views of the city. This Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, Chef de Cuisine Alexandre Viriot will present a lavish five-course dinner featuring European classics with a modern touch such as Langoustine Mi-Cuit, Poached Duck Foie Gras, Slow Cooked Dover Sole and Roasted Venison. Ring in the New Year with an evening of indulgence on 31 December at Popinjays with a four-course meal for HKD 1,388 per person from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m, or a five-course menu at HKD 1,888 per person from 8:30 p.m. Presenting deluxe creations such as Gillardeau Oyster with Baeri Caviar, Organic Perfect Egg with Beluga Caviar and Dover Sole with Oscietra Caviar, the caviar-themed menu affords diners a luxurious finale to the year. The Tai Pan’s modern bistro menu will also be available at the Garden Lounge on the evenings of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
