This all-black cross-category collection pays tribute to its heritage with the colours in Montblanc’s emblem, along with elegance and simplicity of timeless design.

Underneath the chocolate dial inspired by the all-new Montblanc 1858 Geosphere UltraBlack watch, a soft, sweet orange mousse paired with 33% white chocolate cream will leave you an unforgettable surprise on your palate.
Caramelia Nuts Tartlet
Symbolizing the fleeting time, the revolving time tunnel on the surface of this dessert represents the timeless presence of Montblanc spirit --- elegant, mysterious and dignified. The subtle fulfilment of Caramelised nuts, crispy vanilla and a creamy chocolate tart base, will gently whisk you away through time and space.

Foie Gras Crème Brûlée and Orange Compote
The creation of this savoury takes inspiration from the new Montblanc Smart watch --- The SUMMIT Lite with an addition of a retro compass on the crème brûlée. Combining the spirit of discovery of the Niccolo brand, it enhances the fun and creativity of dessert savouring, while the foie gras cream and cheese crumble takes dessert texture to the next level.
Ricotta Mousse, Tomato and Basil
