Chef recommendations include Black Angus Porterhouse M2+, Black Angus Tomahawk M2+, Black Angus T-bone cap M2+, and Black Angus OP Rib M3+. The grass-fed Tomahawk steak is a rich and tender rib-eye with the bone left in, delivering a bold taste and dramatic presentation. Porterhouse features both a top-grade NY strip and tenderloin filet on the T-bone for an ideal balance of meat and flavourful fattiness. Steaks can be shared by 3-4 people and are served with a choice of delicious side dishes and sauces.
