In celebration of Le French GourMay, Chef Didier of Popinjays entices diners with rotating menus spotlighting the best of the Loire Valley. Debuting new items every week, the four-course dinner menu presents French classics including “Géline de Touraine” chicken breast, Challans Pigeon Rossini, Mussels Velouté and Snail Cassolette. Pairing regional wines are also available.
