The brink pink Ecuadorian Chocolate Cake is rich in texture and decorated with a heartfelt chocolate piece. Pistachio Raspberry Cream Roll is wrapped with dusty pink raspberry chocolate and filled with aromatic pistachio cream.
The afternoon tea set also brims with an array of moreish savouries. Foie Gras Micuit Brioche is delicate and full of flavours, topped with rose and raspberry jelly to add a sour balancing note. Seafood fanatics can indulge in the umami taste in the Smoked Salmon Quiche with salmon roes and the refreshing Egg Salad Roll with Caviar. Other delightful savouries include the Sobrassada and Emmental Cheese Sandwich, as well as Roasted Vegetables and Pesto Buckwheat Crêpes.

Decadent 4-course Early Dinner at Popinjays
Love is in the air, high above the city lights at Popinjays, the hotel’s signature rooftop bar and restaurant. Spoil your other half with a decadent 4-course menu crafted with the finest ingredients from the land and sea.

The menu offers a choice from two irresistible main courses, including the succulent Poached Boston Lobster with Topinambour. The “American Sauce” from the classic French recipe uplifts the umami in the lobsters. Meat lovers cannot miss the Roasted Wagyu Beef Striploin, with the perfect marbling that melts in your mouth, served with caramelized onions and braised carrots. Complete the meal in a sweet note with the White Chocolate Entremet.
