- A variance up to 1% due to currency rate fluctuation does not qualify as an eligible claim.
- An eligible claim is valid for third party websites only for publicly sold rates and excludes websites that require a member log in or a specific credit card or a coupon to access discounted rates.
- For an eligible claim, the comparable lower rate offer should:
- Have matching booking terms and conditions including but not limited to pre-payment terms, deposits required, length of stay, advance booking days and cancellation conditions.
- Be available only for the same room type, room view and number of guests.
- Have the same inclusions such as but not limited to taxes, service charge, breakfast and other meals.
