Drawing inspiration from the refined notes of Kadota fig in Figue, the essence of Morello cherry in Electric Cherry and the fusion of peach and Sicilian blood orange in Bitter Peach, the hotel's Pastry Chef reinterprets the classic afternoon tea with rich, enticing berry and honey aromas. Each exquisitely crafted pastry, from presentation to flavour, reflects the sensual depth and elegance of the fragrances, offering guests an immersive, curated sensory experience.
