Niccolo Suzhou is the glittering jewel in the crown of Suzhou’s spectacular International Finance Square (IFS). Opening in Q2 2021, Niccolo Suzhou is the fifth property to the group's collection of luxury hotels following the Niccolo success stories in Chengdu, Chongqing, Changsha and the brand’s flagship in Hong Kong, The Murray, a Niccolo Hotel.
Located in Jiangsu Province's prestigious Jinji lakeside precinct, the new Niccolo Suzhou occupies the top floors of Suzhou IFS, and will offer 233 contemporary chic rooms and suites. Guests will be welcomed to the world of Niccolo by its City Insiders at the hotel’s Lobby 115 floors above the city, promising spectacular views as the city’s tallest iconic landmark sky hotel. Niccolo Kitchen, The Tea Lounge and Bar 115 will introduce the city’s dining aficionados to the art of dining and entertainment. Wellness by Niccolo will flow throughout the 117th level of the hotel, with a Sky Pool and Sky Gym to cater for each guest's personal well-being.
As the city’s epicentre for events, Niccolo Suzhou’s sophisticated, glass-encased, jewel box designed Ceremonial Hall and elegant Niccolo Room will be the ideal venues for weddings, banquets and the city's most prestigious events, offering panoramic vistas and flawless service, 116 floors high.
Suzhou IFS, designed by Kohn Pederson Fox, American based architects whose internationally recognised buildings include Roppingi Hills in Tokyo, Japan, super towers Lotte World Tower in Seoul, Korea, Shanghai World Financial Centre and the International Commerce Centre in Hong Kong, will offer Suzhou an iconic sky tower reminiscent of a glorious glass fishtail, symbolising longevity and prosperity for the 2,500 year old city.
