Niccolo Kitchen welcomes guests aboard an exciting culinary odyssey to discover delicious while taking in panoramic views of the picturesque Jinji Lake and the city skyline. Live performances by an elegant cellist and an energetic DJ will further enhance the brunch experience, creating an atmosphere that is both luxurious and relaxed.
Brunch features a "Chef's Live Show" as its centerpiece attraction – our Chinese chef will prepare the classic hidden menu item 'Eight-Treasure Stuffed Chicken' , delivering an interactive experience that combines visual spectacle with culinary delight for guests. The three-wheeled cruising food carts were another highlight of this brunch: the first seafood cart showcased Succulent Boston Lobsters, Plump Fresh Oysters, Snow Crab Legs, Tender Poached Whelk and Jumbo Arctic Pawns. The Chinese dim sum cart served Delicately Pleated Shrimp Dumplings, Juicy Pork Shu Mai, Molten Salty Egg Yolk Buns and Fragrant Steamed Pork Ribs. While the light-drinking beverage cart offered unlimited red and white wines, beer, sparkling wine, freshly mixed cocktails, soft drinks and coffee. Additionally, the brunch menu features over 20 unlimited à la carte options blending Chinese and Western cuisines, offering a variety of luxurious flavors to satisfy diverse tastes. A vibrant dessert platter, including Fudgy Valrhona Brownie Hearts, Velvety Red Passion Cake and Molten Valrhona Chocolate Temptation, perfectly concludes the culinary journey.
