- Operation Hours: Mondays to Sundays 6am to 11pm;
- Membership card should be used before the expiry date;
- Single-pass is a non-registered membership card, which can be used by anyone and please keep it safe or gift it properly. Semi-annual and annual membership cards require full name registration and for personal use only;
- This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or other hotel services and also not able to use in conjunction with other promotions;
- Membership can only be applicable for guests who are above 16 years old and gymnasium can only be accessed by those aged 16 years old and above;
- Annual memberships can be extended for a maximum of two months due to special reasons. Semi-annual memberships can be extended for a maximum of one month.
