Inspired by the adventurous spirit of Niccolò Polo, father of Marco Polo, and the legendary Silk Road, Head Mixologist Colin Gong has crafted a selection of eight new cocktails, each representing a destination along this historic route. Guests can embark on this sensory journey at The Bar, immersing themselves in captivating stories of faraway lands.
