Challenge yourself against the contestants with 1.5kg of selected meats accompanied by golden fries and complimentary soft drinks or a pint of beer within 30 minutes.

Exceeded 30 Minutes — A meal charge of HKD 688+ applies.
Upon Successful Completion:

Second Place Prize:
The contestant with the second-fastest overall completion time — Enjoy the entire culinary experience with our compliments and earn a limited-edition Murray Lane Burger Challenge T-shirt with a one-off HKD 500 dining credit with three-month validity.
The Grand Prize:
The contestant with the fastest overall completion time — Enjoy the entire culinary experience with our compliments and earn a limited-edition Murray Lane Burger Challenge T-shirt with a one-off HKD 1,000 dining credit with three-month validity.

Terms & Conditions
- The Challenge is open exclusively to individual contestants aged 18 years or older. Team or group participation is prohibited.
- Contestants must remain seated indoors at all times to allow full supervision by a Murray Lane staff member.
- Only ONE type of flavour can be chosen for the challenge.
- Contestants shall await the official start signal from a Murray Lane staff member. The timer will be activated solely by authorised staff, and consumption may not begin until the signal is given.
- The entire meal must be consumed within the designated time limit of 30 minutes.
- All food on the plate must be completely consumed (including golden fries) before the contestant may declare completion.
- Contestants are required to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled competition time (i.e., by 12.15pm on 3 May 2026) for preparation and briefing.
- In the event that any portion of the meal remains uneaten or unswallowed upon expiry of the time limit, the contestant will be deemed to have failed the Challenge and will be required to pay the full fee of HKD 688+ for the meal.
- Upon successful completion within the 30-minute time limit, the meal fee will be waived and the contestant will receive a limited edition of Murray Lane Burger Challenge T-shirt.
- The two fastest overall contestants will be rewarded as the winner and runner-up and will be granted the following prizes respectively - Grand Prize: The contestant with the fastest overall completion time will receive a limited-edition Murray Lane Gourmet Burger Challenge T-shirt and a HKD 1,000 dining credit with three-month validity. Second Place Prize: The contestant with the second-fastest overall completion time will receive a limited-edition Murray Lane Gourmet Burger Challenge T-shirt and a HKD 500 dining credit with three-month validity (Blackout dates and T&C applies for Dining Credit usage).
- Any assistance received from third parties in cutting, preparing or consuming the food will result in immediate disqualification.
- Each contestant can only engage in or win from this challenge ONCE during the whole period of this promotion.
- The Murray, Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
- In case of any disputes, the hotel’s decision is final and binding.
