Guests are invited to savour three Gourmet Burgers, including: BROOKLYN with lobster remoulade, TRIBECA paired with foie gras and black truffle, and QUEENS with smoked Ham—featuring a total of 1.2kg of selected meat—accompanied by golden fries and complimentary soft beverages/Pint of Beer

Participants are offered 30 minutes to complete the full experience.

Terms and conditions

• The Challenge is open exclusively to individual participants aged 18 years or older. Team or group participation is prohibited.
• Participants must remain seated indoors at all times to allow full supervision by Murray Lane staff member.
• Only ONE type of burger can be chosen for the challenge.
• Participants shall await the official start signal from a Murray Lane staff member. The timer will be activated solely by authorized staff, and consumption may not begin until the signal is given.
• The entire meal must be consumed within the designated time limit of 30 minutes. 
• All food on the plate must be completely consumed before the contestant may declare completion. 
• If contestants complete the challenge within 30 minutes, they will receive one piece of the limited-edition Murray Lane Gourmet Burger Challenge T-shirt and a one-off HKD 500 dining credits with three-month validity (Blackout dates and T&C applies for Dining Credit usage. • In the event that any portion of the meal remains uneaten or unswallowed upon expiry of the time limit, the contestant will be deemed to have failed the Challenge and will be required to pay the full fee of HKD 688+ for the meal.
• Any assistance received from third parties in cutting, preparing or consuming the food will result in immediate disqualification.
• Each participant can only engage in or win from this challenge ONCE, during the whole period of this promotion.
• The Murray, Hong Kong reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
• In case of disputes, the hotel’s decision is final and binding.
