Double Nights Promotion Terms and Conditions

The GHA DISCOVERY Double Nights Promotion (the “Promotion”) applies to eligible tier nights on eligible stays at all GHA DISCOVERY hotels by GHA DISCOVERY members who book directly with GHA or the hotel brand and have registered for the Promotion prior to their stay. The Promotion runs from 1 October 2025 to 30 November 2025.

Promotion Details

The Promotion allows members to earn double tier-night credits, counting toward the qualification threshold to elevate or renew their GHA DISCOVERY tier status for 2026. Each eligible tier night will be matched by GHA with an extra eligible “Promotional Tier Night.” However, Promotional Tier Nights will not roll over to the next year to earn tier nights for 2027.

Eligibility

To take advantage of the Promotion, participants must be a member of the GHA DISCOVERY programme and must have accepted the GHA DISCOVERY programme Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

Members must register for the Promotion within the promotional opt-in period (1 October 2025 - 30 November 2025) before their stay by clicking on the "Register" button on the designated website or app page. Eligible bookings must be made during the promotional period through GHA or Brand direct channels, and the eligible stay must be completed within the stay period (1 October 2025 - 30 November 2025). The member must be checked out on or before 30 November 2025 for Promotional Tier Nights to be awarded.

Ineligible Rates

The following rates do not qualify for earning Promotional Tier Nights:
1. Rooms booked through any channel other than GHA’s website or app or the brand’s website or app. 
2. Room rates for airline staff and crew where rooms are pre-booked and paid for by the airline directly
3. Travel-industry staff rates
4. Employee rates, employee family or employee friends discount rates
5. Other discounted rates
6. Complimentary, free, traded, or bartered night stays, or stays in connection with gift certificates or other awards or vouchers

Additional Terms

1. Bookings and eligible stays made prior to the registration will not be considered as a qualified eligible stay towards the Promotion, even if they are in the Promotional Stay period.
3. Bookings made prior to 1 October 2025 will also not be considered towards the Promotion.
4. This offer is subject to change or withdrawal without notice, cannot be transferred or exchanged for other forms of compensation, cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless explicitly stated, and is subject to availability. 
5. Promotional Tier Night credits can be earned on a maximum of two rooms per night.  
6. Bookings must be made through the following channels: ghadiscovery.com, GHA DISCOVERY app or eligible direct brand channels.
