• All top-ups must be made via credit card.
• This Elite Card is not valid for online shopping or e-shop.
• This membership is non-transferable.
• The physical Elite Card must be presented at the time of top-up and bill settlement.
• The Elite membership benefits, including discounts, are only active when the card has a positive balance.
• Reservations must be made in advance and special seating requests are subject to availability.
• Only one Elite card may be used per table for a maximum of 8 people including the member, on a single receipt.
• The offers and prepaid value cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and vouchers.
• Discounts are not applicable for beverage packages in all outlets at all meal periods.
• Prepaid value is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Credits on card valid for 12 calendar months from the day of top-up.(Bonus credits or promotional values are also non-refundable.)
• The discounts are not valid on the following blackout dates: 24–26 and 31 December 2025 or any dates specified by the Hotel.
• The prepaid value can be redeemed for dine-in experiences at the following outlets (The Tai Pan, The Tai Pan Terrace, Garden Lounge, Popinjays and Murray Lane), beverage packages are included, subject to the same 8-person limit per table and single bill condition.
• The Murray, Hong Kong reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• In case of any disputes, the decision of The Murray, Hong Kong shall be final and conclusive.
• If this card is lost, stolen, or misplaced, members should report the incident at any outlet. The hotel will cancel the reported card accordingly. The Hotel is not responsible for any unauthorized use of lost or stolen cards prior to reporting.
• Personal information provided by the applicant will be kept confidential and used solely for administrative and promotional purposes
• The discount does not apply to restaurant or bar buyouts, private events in function rooms, or special events organized by the Hotel or its partners in any outlet or function space.
• The Hotel reserves the right to revoke membership in cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of terms.
