- The order and delivery will be confirmed by hotel staff upon receipt of the order.
- For orders at HKD 20,000 or above, guests can enjoy free delivery within Hong Kong and Kowloon areas.
- Delivery charge: Hong Kong Island - $390 / Kowloon - $490 / New Territories - $590; Self Pick-up at hotel: Free.
- Each order confirmation can only be used to redeem the selected items on selected date and is not exchangeable for cash. Extension of delivery/pick up date is not allowed.
- Guests must present valid order confirmation at Murray lane on lG/F for Self Pick-up.
- The canapes package cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotions.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of The Murray, Hong Kong shall be final and conclusive.
