Terms and Conditions for「Kelly Chen x BEAT FRIDAY」Cantopop Night Ticket Holders
1. Age and Identification Requirement
This event is open to persons aged 18 or above. All attendees must present a valid QR code ticket (「Kelly Chen x BEAT FRIDAY」Cantopop Night) on their personal mobile device or in printed form, together with a valid government-issued photo identification document for age verification upon entry. Venue staff reserve the right to check identification and scan the QR code for validation. Failure to produce a valid QR code ticket, valid identification, or meet the age requirement will result in denial of entry without refund.
2. Code of Conduct
Attendees must comply with all instructions given by venue staff, these Terms and Conditions, and all applicable venue rules during the event. The Organiser reserves the right to remove any attendee who, in the Organiser's reasonable opinion, violates any such instructions or rules, or causes disturbance or nuisance to others.
3. Pet Policy for This Event
Please note that while the venue is generally pet-friendly, pets are not permitted inside the event area for this specific event. The sole exception is registered guide dogs accompanying visually impaired attendees. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Seating Arrangement
VIP high-top tables are positioned along the side walls of the venue, and seating will be randomly assigned. Please note that VIP table seating does not guarantee proximity to the stage; standing areas may, in some cases, be closer to the stage than VIP seated sections. We appreciate your understanding.
5. Right to Modify Event Arrangements
The Organiser may adjust any aspect of the event (including but not limited to format, content, schedule, or rules) at any time without prior notice. No refund or compensation will be given for such changes.
6. Cancellation, Postponement, or Changes
The Organiser reserves the right to change, postpone, or cancel the event, or any part thereof, at any time for any reason. In such cases, the Organiser shall not be liable for any refund, compensation, or damages of any kind. Attendees are advised to check the official social media pages of the Organiser and/or The Murray Hong Kong for the latest updates.
7. Recording, Broadcasting, and Intellectual Property
The event may be photographed, recorded, and/or live-streamed. The Organiser has the right (but not the obligation) to broadcast or distribute such recordings worldwide via any media. All intellectual property rights in any recordings (including audio and visual content) made during the event shall be owned permanently by the Organiser. By entering the venue, attendees consent to such recording and irrevocably waive any and all rights (including copyright, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights) in or to their appearance or contribution to such recordings.
8. Severe Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances
If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning, is hoisted within four hours of the scheduled start time, or if the event is delayed, rescheduled, or cancelled for any other reason beyond the Organiser's reasonable control, the Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused. 9. Acceptance and Updates to Terms
By purchasing a ticket and entering the event, attendees agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other applicable regulations. The Organiser reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without individual notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the official social media pages of the Organiser and/or The Murray Hong Kong.
10. Governing Disputes
In case of any dispute relating to the event or these Terms and Conditions, the Organiser's decision shall be final and binding.
