Popinjays – “We got you Covered”

To celebrate the early Summer, Popinjays will join hands with several local Gin Distilleries and create a unique summer pop-up offering a menu filled with Summer-ready cocktails. Cocktails will be infused with locally-sourced ingredients to celebrate a “made in Hong Kong” theme.

Murray Lane has invited guest mixologist, Amir Javaid, an internationally award-winning bartender with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, to create gin-based cocktails that embodies his unique style. Amir has honed his craft in some of the best bars in the UK, Thailand, and Hong Kong and has also worked as a brand ambassador for Martin Miller's Gin and Manchester Three Rivers. Come and try these extraordinary cocktails and experience Amir's expertise firsthand.

Popinjays has invited guest mixologist, Boris Ivan, to feature his Gonzalez Byass themed cocktails at Popinjays for one night only on 6 June. Combining with live DJ and the panoramic city view, the evening is guaranteed to be a fun-filled one.
