• Price is subject to 10% service charge of original price.
• The ticket is non-refundable, cannot be used to offset prepaid charges, and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full or other hotel services.
• The ticket is valid for a single transaction only, and unconsumed value will not be refunded.
• The ticket cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, special menus or events.
• The hotel will not re-issue the ticket in case of loss or damage and reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of disputes, the hotel’s decision is final and binding.
