    A deposit of 40% of the expected food and beverage spend is required upon signing the event agreement at The Murray, Hong Kong. Cancellation terms are as follows: cancellation after signing forfeits the 40% deposit; cancellation within 6 months of the event date forfeits 80%; cancellation within 3 months forfeits 100%. Full details will be outlined in the formal event contract.
