    The Murray, Hong Kong is a fully smoke-free property. All indoor areas, including guest rooms, suites, and restaurants, are designated smoke-free zones. Guests found smoking in any non-designated indoor area will incur an additional charge equivalent to two nights’ room rate plus a 10% service charge. Please contact us in advance if you need clarification on any designated outdoor smoking area.

    The Murray, Hong Kong currently welcomes dogs and cats. A supplementary charge of HKD 1,000 per pet per night applies, with a maximum of 2 pets per room. We encourage direct bookings to allow us to pre-arrange a suitable floor and necessary pet amenities. Pets, except for guide dogs, are restricted from entering the hotel lobby, spa, gymnasium, and swimming pool, and are not allowed in the indoor areas of restaurants and bars. Pets must be fully trained and appropriately restrained by the guest, kept on a leash or in a carrier when inside the hotel or within the hotel premises, and are not allowed on sofas or chairs in public areas. Guests must ensure that pets do not bark or make noise continuously or too often, are liable for any damage or noise caused by the pet during their meal, and are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on the hotel premises and in the neighbourhood.
