    Early check-in and late check-out at Niccolo Chengdu are subject to room availability. Early check-in before 8:00 AM is charged at one full night's room fee. Late check-out from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM is charged at a half-day room fee. We recommend contacting us in advance to confirm availability.

  4. What is the minimum age to check in as the primary guest at Niccolo Chengdu ?

    The minimum age for a guest to check in independently at Niccolo Chengdu is 18. Guests aged 16 or 17 are permitted to check in alone, provided we receive prior confirmation from a parent or guardian. Guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a guardian. Please contact our team in advance for any assistance.

  5. What identification documents are required at check-in?

    Valid identification is required for all guests at check-in at Niccolo Chengdu. Accepted documents include: national ID card (mainland residents); passport(mainland China); Home Return Permit or Mainland Travel Permit (Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan residents); passport (foreign nationals). For other identification, please contact us for confirmation.

  6. Can a third party check in on behalf of the guest?

    Yes, when a third party handles it on behalf of the guests, the guests need to provide the original valid identification documents.

  7. What should I do if I arrive before the official check-in time?

    If your room at Niccolo Chengdu is not yet ready upon arrival, luggage storage is available. Guests are also welcome to relax at The Tea Lounge or use the fitness centre while waiting. We will notify you as soon as your room is ready.

  8. If my flight departs late in the evening, can I extend my checkout?

    Yes, a late check-out at Niccolo Chengdu may be possible for guests with evening departures. Check-out may be extended to 2:00 PM free of charge, depending on occupancy. Please contact the front desk in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
